A Distinct Identity
The Friends of the Lincoln City Parks & Recreation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization that is dedicated to providing support for and enhancement of current and future services and programs provided by Lincoln City Parks and Recreation. Funds provided by The Friends of Lincoln City Parks & Recreation are used as a supplement to the Parks and Recreation budget and do not replace allocated tax dollars. These additional funds help improve and enhance services provided by the Parks and Recreation Department.

Fundraising with a Mission of Service
Friends of Lincoln City Parks & Recreation is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to make a meaningful difference in our community.
Recognizing that the Parks and Recreation Department's budget is limited, and the community wants to enjoy as many programs as possible, a group of volunteers came together to form the Friends Group to build upon the work already in progress and engage the greater Lincoln City community in fundraising.

Beachcrest Brewing 50/50 Fundraiser
Date: May 8th, 2025, 4PM to 8PM
Details: Join us for a fundraiser while enjoying great beer and tasty pizza.
Raffle prizes include Golf (and dining) at Chinook Winds Golf Resort, a whale watching trip, a Pickleball lesson for 4 people, a basket from Pelican, and a surprise from the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce
Beach, Bacon and Brew at Chinook Winds Casino Resort
Date: July 12th, 2025, 12PM to 6PM
Details: Celebrating 10 years of Bacon, Brews and Charity, Chinook Winds is hosting the annual Beach, Bacon, and Brews in Lincoln City, Oregon. Joining Chinook Winds yet again is the generous bacon sponsor Sunvalley Bacon, and Brewer sponsor Bigfoot Beverages. Similar to previous years, the Lincoln City Chamber is in partnership assembling and organizing the charity cooking teams.
